The capital’s golden peak

After 20 years of striving, the vision of real estate development on Pankrác is being fulfilled. Parkview is the last out of a planned ten buildings that will together form a modern business center for our nation’s capital.

Close to nature

Need to recover after a demanding meeting? Just head across the street to relax at the city park. When you’re arriving from the Pankrác station, Parkview is both figuratively and literally an entry gate into a green oasis amid a pulsing metropolis, thanks to its design and its publicly accessible atrium.

First-rate design? A bright idea!

Parkview is a synonym for well-lighted space, because people who get enough natural light enjoy not only greater satisfaction at work, but also 46 more minutes of sleep each night. The building’s spacious atrium will be adorned with an embedded island for relaxation, surrounded with full-grown trees and unique chandelier designed by Marek Číhal.

Launch 360° Panorama

An efficiently designed space

Top-level relaxation

We’d like for people to work well at Parkview, but we’d like for them to relax well too. So above the nine floors of offices, we’re preparing a rooftop terrace with a bar, grill, and outdoor seating. Taste grilled specialties and top it off with a panoramic view of the nation’s metropolis.

A clean design and a
wide range of innovations

From the outside, this building respects its architects’ minimalist conception. But inside, it conceals many innovations and technologies to help tenants make the most of its space. They will have access to a custom-developed mobile app, smart parking, innovative elevators, and much more. With this project, we’re aiming for a prestigious WELL certificate—for buildings whose occupants work and feel well.

In harmony with nature

Seeking environmental sustainability means respecting tomorrow’s needs. Thus for several years now we have been carefully watching our projects’ ecological footprints. With Parkview, we’re aiming for a LEED certification at the Platinum level—the highest level for buildings’ energy efficiency.

A quality work

Skanska is among the first Czech developers to ensure that their new administrative projects both respect their surroundings and provide ideal conditions for their inhabitants. Parkview thus offers copious natural light, high-quality air conditioning, low-emissions materials, cycling infrastructure, an accessible roof terrace, and much more.

Technical specifications and eco-friendly solutions

Smartphone and tablet apps

Our custom-developed app will be your guide to the building and its closest surroundings. It will connect you to a number of services that you can comfortably manage from your phone. It will let you fully and effectively utilize your time at the Parkview offices.

O společnosti
About Skanska

The real estate developer Skanska Property Czech Republic has been active on the Czech commercial real estate market since 1997. In that time, it has produced a number of reference projects, among which we can name the City Green Court building, which is the nation’s first administrative building with the LEED Platinum Core & Shell certification in combination with LEED Platinum Commercial Interior. Its Nordica building in Ostrava holds another first—it’s the first Czech building to obtain EU GreenBuilding certification for energy savings.

Since the end of 2015, the Corso Court building in Prague’s Karlín district has been the headquarters for all of Skanska’s units operating on the Czech market. It is one of Skanska’s own projects. In Karlín Skanska has begun to develop its activities with a focus on making use of the district’s potential and supporting its unique atmosphere. Besides Karlín, Skanska is mainly active in Prague’s Smíchov and Pankrác districts.

Corso Court

Corso Court

Corso Court is an eminently modern office building in Prague’s Karlín district, designed by the world-renowned architect Ricardo Bofill. Besides its spacious and stunning atrium, this project boasts a charming garden, available for both work and play. The garden offers numerous practical elements like a wi-fi connection, phone-charging ports, and chess and ping-pong tables. It includes a spacious auditorium for holding e.g. concerts, company meetings, and Christmas markets. Corso Court provides a healthy and inspiring work environment for its tenants, and has thus acquired the highest LEED certification level: LEED Platinum.

The Five office project has grown up in one of the most sought-after business locations in Prague’s Smíchov district. At Five, history meets the future. It was built on the site of a former tram depot; only the original wall was retained and renovated, and a new and innovative office building was built upon it. Besides its excellent location and accessibility, Five offers its tenants a healthy work environment and sustainability technologies, thanks to our successful efforts to acquire LEED certification at the highest level (Platinum). The building offers a gorgeous view of the river, Vyšehrad, and Prague Castle. Its main tenant is the pharmaceutical company MSD, supplemented with the Roche Diagnostics group, the EBM group, the studio U1, and a restaurant—Sodexo.

City Green Court

City Green Court

The City Green Court office building, completed in 2012, offers a total of 16,300 m2 of top-rate office spaces at the popular Pankrác business location. City Green Court was a pioneer in sustainable construction and development in the Czech Republic, because it was the first to receive LEED Platinum Core & Shell recognition in combination with LEED Platinum Commercial Interior. Today, City Green Court is home to a number of leading companies from the areas of pharmacy (GSK), consulting services (PwC), and technologies (Mainstream Technologies). The building is now owned by the Deka Immobilien real estate fund.

Riverview is located alongside the Vltava river in Prague’s Smíchov district. This seven-floor building was completed in December of 2014 and sold to Invesco Real Estate in October of that same year. Riverview, which offers roughly 7,000 m² of rentable space, acquired LEED Gold certification in May of 2015. The green solution used makes its work environment more comfortable and minimizes its operating costs, primarily by reducing utilities consumption. Its upper floor offers terraces with breathtaking views of Vyšehrad and Prague Castle. The complex was designed by the Swedish architectural studio Tengbom. The structure’s general contractor was Skanska a.s. Riverview was the first project in the country to use BIM technology in both its design and its implementation.

Visionary is the first office project located directly by the Nádraží Holešovice metro and train station, and it thus has direct access to all types of public transport. This eminently modern project offers a wide range of services to both its tenants and the local community. In the publicly accessible garden behind this building, you can find a multi-purpose playground and an open-air theater and more, and a restaurant/café is also available. Visionary offers its tenants countless benefits, including a healthy and flexible work environment, excellent visibility, and a playful design with innovative elements, breathtaking views, and terraces, as well as fresh touches like the running track on its roof. Its sustainability-aiding elements and technologies are backed up with LEED Platinum certification. With this project, Skanska newly decided to go one step farther, by also obtaining WELL certification for its buildings. WELL monitors elements that affect people’s health and emotional well-being: air, water, and access to light sources. It likewise focuses on personal comfort, access to healthy food, and buildings’ influence on people’s organisms and well-being.
